The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single sofa bed, three single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three heaters, a CD player, a fireplace, a DVD player, two televisions and a radio. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a bath, a hairdryer, two showers, two washbasins and a bidet.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are three cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

For organizational reasons, arrival and departure are only possible on Thursdays from July 13th to August 25th, 2022.

Pets are not allowed in the house or on the property.

This thatched, non-smoking house near the beach offers approximately 175 m² of living space with high-quality furnishings, a large south-facing terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool (approx. 3.2 m x 7.0 m) with a counter-current system. The pool is available for use from May 1st to approximately October 31st and can be heated at a cost of €0.32/kWh (the pool is pre-heated to approximately 27°C on the day of arrival at the guest's expense).

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious dining area with a table for 6-8 people, a living area with modern seating, a fireplace, and a large TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Furthermore, on this floor you will find a relaxation room with a seating area and a sofa bed for two additional guests, as well as a shower room/toilet. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A washing machine is located in the utility room.

Upstairs, there is an open, light-filled fitness and wellness area with a treadmill, cross trainer, and exercise bike, a flat-screen TV, two bedrooms with double beds and TVs, and a bedroom with two single beds (each approx. 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower and toilet. A Finnish dry sauna/infrared cabin is available for your use.

Initial linens, bed linens, two hand towels, and one bath towel per person are included; the beds will be made upon arrival.

Two parking spaces are available.

A security deposit of €100 plus tourist tax is payable in cash upon arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
