The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a radio, a stereo, two televisions and a CD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a bath, a hairdryer and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, two washing machines, a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

Enjoy your vacation just steps from the Baltic Sea beach in the comfortable "Ostseeblick" (Baltic Sea View) apartment with balcony – in a prime location, only 190 meters from the beach. Since the train station and shops are just a short walk away, the apartment is also ideal for a stay without a car.

This chic gallery apartment is located on the second floor (top floor), approximately 60 square meters, and offers unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea and the coastal forest from the living room and balcony. The apartment is completely private. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and tastefully furnished, with a bright living room and an open gallery. A large 55" TV with Ambilight LED backlighting is mounted on the wall. The comfortable bedroom features a double bed (1.8 m x 2 m). On the chic and cozy gallery (accessible via a space-saving staircase), there is an additional sleeping area with two comfortable upholstered beds. Both beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and slatted frames (comfortably 1 m wide and 2 m long). On the gallery level, there is also a separate, enclosed play area with two mattresses.

Therefore, separate sleeping arrangements are possible on the gallery.

The living room features a wide, modern-style sofa upholstered in genuine leather – very comfortable thanks to its high seating comfort. Genuine leather chairs are provided around the dining table. The balcony, with its teak table and comfortable rattan armchairs, is a highlight – enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the green coastal forest. Two comfortable recliners with 7-position adjustable backrests and footrests are also available on the balcony. The apartment is rounded off by a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances: a ceramic cooktop, an oven (with 5 heating modes), an extra-quiet dishwasher, a range hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bathroom, with its maritime design and bathtub, offers pure relaxation. A washer-dryer is also provided in the bathroom – very convenient for quick laundry or longer stays.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment for our guests.

A lockable bicycle shed is available for your use. Free Wi-Fi is available on the beach and beach promenade, as well as in the Karlshagen harbor area.

North Island shuttle included: Daily service between Karlshagen, Trassenheide, and Peenemünde during operating hours. Bookings can be made by phone; pick-up and drop-off locations are flexible. Valid with your Karlshagen visitor's card (new in 2026).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
