On the ground floor, you'll find a living area with a dining table for six, a sofa, a fireplace, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island is modern and well-appointed. The spa-like bathroom includes a sauna, a relaxation area with two loungers, a shower, and a toilet.

Upstairs, there is a gallery, two bedrooms with box-spring beds, a TV, and a safe, as well as a third bedroom with a box-spring bed, a TV, a built-in wardrobe, a safe, and access to a separate toilet. A bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a toilet is also available.

The property includes a bicycle shed, a gas grill, and two parking spaces.

Initial linens, two hand towels, and one bath towel per person are provided, and the beds will be made upon arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
