The covered outdoor pool (use from April to early November), which is located in the immediate vicinity, can be used by all guests, the same applies to the sauna. An adventure playground (fenced in) and a large ball playground offer children from 2 to 80 plenty of opportunities to let off steam.

The EXCLUSIVE house with its thatched roof offers North German living flair combined with modern comfort. With approx. 135 m² of usable space including terrace, there is enough room for 10 people to make their holiday dreams come true. The high-quality furnishings naturally also include two bathrooms/showers, sauna, a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, oven, flat-screen TV with soundbar and radio. On the terrace there is a barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a whirlpool (booking on site) and a beach chair. A handcart for the beach can be hired if required. The washing machine has a coin-operated machine and the price quoted is for 8 people. Additional persons must be booked. The house has 10 beds.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
