Clara features an open-plan living and kitchen area with a wood-burning stove, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), a shower room, and a storage room. A television is not included. A sauna, washing machine, and dryer are available in the adjacent building via coin-operated machines. During peak and shoulder seasons, we plan for continuous occupancy – minimum rental periods must always be guaranteed between bookings. Furthermore, rentals, especially during peak season, are subject to our organizational capacity, particularly regarding cleaning resources. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
