You can expect a cozy little apartment with air conditioning.

The living/sleeping area includes a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a radio, and satellite TV.

The kitchenette has a small dining table. It also includes a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator and freezer.

A staircase leads to the small alcove (loft, standing height up to 1.40 m, open to the main room).

A child can sleep here on a thick mattress. A small satellite TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio are also provided.

The loft is not suitable for babies and toddlers (due to the stairs).

Wi-Fi is available upon request for €1.00 per night.

Parking is available on the property for €5.00 per night.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
