This apartment is situated in a beautiful, quiet location, just 150 meters from the beach in Graal-Müritz, and occupies the entire top floor. It is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday.

The apartment features three bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms, and a living room with a fireplace. A parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly next to the building.

The apartment is stocked with ample supplies such as dishwasher tablets and toilet paper, as well as a starter pack of firewood from October to April. The apartment has a staircase equipped with a child safety gate.

You will receive your visitor's tax cards upon arrival. The prices quoted are based on a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

We are happy to provide bed linens for €15 per person, towels for €10 per person, or a bed linen and towel package for €25 per person. A travel cot and highchair are also available for a small additional charge of €20 each.

This is a non-smoking apartment; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Check-in is between 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
