Our luxury villa, boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest WC, a sauna, a year-round 38°C outdoor whirlpool, and a fenced garden, is sure to impress.

The villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the spacious living area with its open-plan kitchen and access to the garden, or the fully equipped dining area.

Relax and unwind on the sofa with music, Sky TV, and a gas fireplace.

All 4 bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs and are furnished with 180 x 200 cm box-spring beds.

The bathrooms offer modern vanities and rain showers. The master bathroom also includes a bathtub and a sauna. Underfloor heating provides warmth throughout the villa.

The year-round heated outdoor whirlpool, maintained at 38°C, with hydromassage jets, is just one of many highlights. The combination of sauna, gas fireplace, and whirlpool is sure to delight.

Adjacent to the parking spaces by the house is a lockable garden shed for your bicycles.

The garden is fenced, so dogs or small children can play outside unsupervised.

In case of bad weather, we offer a selection of games, books for adults and children, and DVDs for adults and children.

A high chair and a crib are available for our younger guests. A washing machine and dryer are available for those who wish to do laundry during their stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
