The Seevilla Monaco features a comfortable living area with an open-plan kitchen/living room and access to the garden, offering ample space for relaxing, cooking, and enjoying meals together. The cozy fireplace adds to the ambiance.

On the large sofa, you can relax with some music or Sky TV on the 65-inch television in front of the flickering fireplace. All rooms have underfloor heating.

All four bedrooms upstairs have flat-screen TVs/Blu-ray players and are furnished with 1.80 x 2m box-spring beds.

The downstairs bathroom includes a sauna.

The garden features an outdoor whirlpool/Jacuzzi that can be used year-round.

With a water temperature of 38 degrees Celsius, it's wonderful to relax and unwind, even in winter.

On the terrace, you'll find a table with seating for eight and a barbecue for enjoyable evenings with friends or family.

Our parking area directly in front of the house offers enough space for up to three vehicles.

Should the weather be more conducive to staying indoors, our guests will find an extensive collection of Blu-ray movies, books, and games.

The lake is a maximum of 300 meters away on foot.

A high chair and a crib are available for our younger guests.

A washing machine and dryer are available for those who wish to do laundry during their stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
