The bedroom has a double bed measuring 200 x 200cm. The bathroom has an exclusive white designer bath and there is a sauna in the annex, which you can enjoy on cool evenings. On warm summer days you can enjoy grilling in the outside seating area. Pets are not allowed.

Surrounded by own forest, farmland and Baltic Sea. No thoroughfares. No walls, no fences, but still ideal for children. Island Hiddensee and Ummanz are often visited but especially the famous chalk cliffs with museum and also the Ozeaneum in Stralsund.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
