General

The holiday home for 16 persons has four bathrooms and eight bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a garden, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

Our very cosy holiday home Hakuna Matata (2 DHH) is located in a green holiday home settlement surrounded by Pomeranian forest landscape on the edge of the village of Bodstedt and the nature reserve "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft". It guarantees a relaxing and peaceful holiday. A mild coastal climate, kilometres of fine sandy beaches and rustic forests create an idyllic location. Time out in the countryside - an ideal holiday resort at any time of the year away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts - spend your holiday in our lovingly designed "Haus Hakuna Matata". The property covers 700 m² and the living space in the house is approx. 280 m². The house was completed in July 2022 and the holiday home is divided into 2 semi-detached houses. On the ground floor there is an open, fully equipped kitchen (if something is missing, we will take care of it), the living room with a couch and a nice, cosy fireplace and a bathroom with a large closed shower and hairdryer. The ground floor is tiled and has underfloor heating. As both halves are almost identical in terms of furnishings and decoration, only one half has been photographed. The sunny terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy great barbecue evenings. There are garden chairs with adjustable backrests for sunbathing and a column air grill. The garden invites you to play, relax, linger and unwind.the upper floor has three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own internet-enabled TV for a total of 6 people and a bathroom with a large open shower.the top floor is a large open room with a double bed and plenty of space to play.

The "Östlicher-Backstein-Rundweg" cycle path close to the estate takes you once around the entire Bodden, approx. 80 km. This can easily be done in one day. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Zingst is approx. 30 minutes by bike. The cycle path is also suitable for inline skates, roller skates and skateboards. Jogging and Nordic walking are also recommended.Bodstedt: The small harbour with its typical wooden fishing boats, the Zeesenboote, is particularly beautiful to look at. The oldest Zeesen boat regatta takes place every year on the first weekend in September. There is a landing stage for boat trips around the Bodden and for boat transfers to the Darß. The local beach is only three minutes away by bike. The shallow water zones are ideal for beginners and water rats. Adults can relax on the large lawn next to it. The village has three small restaurants serving fresh fish and fried potatoes. The fisherman supplies holidaymakers and locals with fresh and smoked fish every day. Whether by bike, on foot or on horseback - experience the landscape and the charm of the village up close and personal.SurroundingsYou will spend your holiday in a quiet location. The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst (10 km) and the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow (18 km), both characterised by maritime traditions, are not far away. Prerow Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Good shopping facilities, restaurants and evening events can be found in Barth (7 km). The Bodden and the Baltic Sea are an attractive area for water sports enthusiasts and there are countless activities on offer. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
