The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Holiday apartment/house with separate entrance in half of the house. Situated between Ostseebad Warnemünde and Ostseebad Nienhagen in Elmenhorst. Directly at the golf course, approx. 2 km to the beach, 4 km to Warnemünde. Wonderful starting point for cycle tours (access to the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path) and excursions. Quietly situated and yet close by. Utilities included: Bed linen, towels, 1 car parking space (further public parking spaces available in the street), travel cot, high chair and room safe.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
