Our holiday home is located in a quiet, green residential area of Elmenhorst, between Warnemünde and the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen. It features a large flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a furnished terrace with a parasol. A gas grill is available free of charge upon request. A child seat and a travel cot for a toddler are also provided. Free parking is available on the property. Two bicycles are available for our guests to rent for €3.00 per bicycle per day.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
