Welcome to the holiday home "Luise am See", an idyllic 50sqm new building with a characteristic wooden facade, which, after renovation in winter 23/24, is now ready to offer up to 2 adults an unforgettable stay directly on Lake Schwerin in Flessenow. Nestled in a marvellous natural landscape, our house guarantees peace and relaxation at any time of the year.

Inside the house you will find facilities that leave nothing to be desired: a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and other amenities for self-catering. The walk-in shower, underfloor heating throughout the house and the cosy wood-burning stove in the living room provide additional comfort. Free WLAN (fibre optic, 200 Mbit/s) is available for entertainment and information, as are two televisions, a stereo system and a DVD player.

Outside, the sunny south-west-facing terrace with barbecue fireplace provides the perfect setting for relaxing hours outdoors. The 700 square metre, barely visible and enclosed property is surrounded by hedges and invites you to linger in nature with garden furniture. A carport ensures the safety of your vehicle. The direct surroundings by the lake, separated by a 50 metre wide strip of woodland, as well as the nearby bathing area with a large sunbathing lawn, make spending time outdoors particularly appealing.

Flessenow itself, a peaceful district of Dobin am See, is about 20 kilometres from Schwerin (World Heritage Residence Ensemble) and offers a breathtaking backdrop for cyclists, hikers and water sports enthusiasts. The direct location on Lake Schwerin, with no through traffic and surrounded by an extensive network of hiking and cycling trails, makes our holiday home the ideal starting point for exploring nature and cultural highlights in the surrounding area - from the Hanseatic city of Wismar to Schwerin Castle and the Baltic seaside resorts.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
