General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

Our bungalow with two holiday flats is located in Wobbelkow, a small village just outside Barth, on a secluded plot of land. Various shopping facilities can be found in Barth, about 6 kilometres away. The fine sandy beach on the Darß and Zingst are exactly 20 kilometres away.

The large holiday flat can accommodate up to eight people and our small holiday flat up to 6 people.

The small holiday flat has the following facilities:
- two bedrooms, each with two beds (90 * 200 cm), which can be joined together to form a double bed (180 + 200 cm)
- both bedrooms are located on the north side
- in the second bedroom we can exchange a bed for a baby cot if required
- Living room on the south side with dining table, high chairs (please let us know if required)
- Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed (120 * 200 cm) in the living room
- Books/children's books, games collection
- Kitchen with hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, large fridge with full-size freezer compartment, microwave, washing-up liquid, tea towels and plenty of crockery
- Bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, WC seat for children
- All windows with blackout blinds and fly screens
- Pets are not allowed due to allergies.

From here you have a central starting point to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund (26 km), Ribnitz-Damgarten (22 km), the Hanseatic city of Rostock (50 km), the strawberry farm Rövershagen (39 km), the Hanseatic city of Wismar (113 km), the Hanseatic city of Greifswald (61 km), the island of Rügen (50 km), the bird park Marlow (25 km). Take a trip to the beach, to Ribnitz-Damgarten, Rostock, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rügen, the Marlow bird park... You can start from here without traffic jams.
Enjoy long summer nights on your own terrace. You can sit outside, barbecue, switch off and watch the stars for as long as you like. Watch your children play in their own playground before breakfast. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
