The modern furnished flats surprise with a newly designed kitchen in 2023, which offers direct access to your own balcony. As a non-smoking house, we attach great importance to a clean and healthy living environment so that you can feel completely at ease during your stay. You can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet not only within the four walls, but also on the large communal balcony.

The outdoor area of our holiday home is an oasis of relaxation. In addition to a spacious playground, our guests will find numerous cosy corners where they can relax and unwind. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
