The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher.

Spend a relaxing holiday in our idyllically situated organic wooden holiday home in Parin/Damshagen - just a stone's throw from the picturesque Baltic Sea coast. Whether as a family or with friends: Our house offers you space for up to four people and a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home.

The holiday home has two inviting bedrooms, which can be easily darkened to ensure truly restful nights. This is complemented by two bathrooms: a large, bright bathroom with a shower and bath and a small, cosy bathroom - perfect for an uncomplicated start to the day.

You can book a linen package for your stay for €20 per person (including bed linen and two towels) or bring your own bed linen and towels. Just let us know before you arrive; payment can be made conveniently on site with the caretaker. Please also note that the final cleaning of the holiday home is not included in the rental price. It amounts to 110€ regardless of the rental period and the number of holiday guests. It is easiest if you transfer the amount (otherwise cash payment is also possible on site).
Bicycle hire is available from the hotel.
A barbecue can also be hired for €10.00 including charcoal and kindling.
Firewood can also be purchased on site for € 9.00 including kindling and firelighter.

In the house you will find plenty of space and a Swedish stove, which provides cosy warmth and cosy evenings on cooler days. Firewood can be purchased directly from the caretaker. Parts of the house are also equipped with underfloor heating so that you are always cosy and warm.

The furnishings of our house follow the concept of natural elegance: ecological, high-quality and cosy - for a living experience in which you don't have to do without anything.

Outside, there is a terrace for your exclusive use with a wonderful view of the fields. The lovingly landscaped garden adjoins a small, beautiful Japanese garden in the neighbouring house - a wonderful place to relax.

There is a covered, lockable bike room for your bikes - including charging facilities for e-bikes.

A nearby highlight is the Gutshaus Parin - an insider tip for connoisseurs: here you can have a wonderful breakfast, enjoy a wholesome meal, savour cakes, drink a glass of wine or use the sauna trolley. The beautiful natural bathing pond with water lilies, sunbathing lawn and garden furniture can also be used by appointment and for a fee - ideal for a refreshing dip.

The area around Parin is a paradise for nature lovers: cranes, roe deer, nightingales and many other animals can be wonderfully observed here. At night, an impressive starry sky twinkles above you. Trails for hiking, cycling and jogging start right on the doorstep; you can hire bikes at the manor house.
Our organic wooden holiday home is located in the charming Klützer Winkel, close to the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen.

The Wohlenberger Wiek can be reached on foot in around 6 km, by bike through the rustic Parin Forest in around 8 km and by car or e-bike in around 10 minutes. The region is full of old manor houses, restored villages, art, culture and a lively mix of locals and newcomers. At the same time, you are only a pleasant drive away from Wismar, Lübeck, Hamburg or Rostock, where there is plenty to discover and explore.

Your catering is also taken care of: an excellent vegetarian breakfast and other delicious meals await you at Gutshaus Parin. Smaller purchases can be made in the "Old Fire Station" in Damshagen, larger ones in Grevesmühlen, where you will find everything you need.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
