This two-room holiday bungalow is very idyllically located in a quiet bungalow settlement, just 8 km from the Baltic Sea beach (Boltenhagen). The bungalows are located in a small idyllic bungalow settlement in Damshagen, a district of Klütz and thus the center of the wonderful holiday region of Klützer Winkel. There are 5 bungalows of different sizes and furnishings in this bungalow settlement.
This separately located two-room holiday bungalow is a double bungalow (right and left) and has 1 bedroom, 1 combined living room/bedroom, 1 separate kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Directly at the house there is a front and a back terrace with comfortable seating and a grill for cozy hours in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

In Damshagen, the Gothic brick church of St. Thomas with its baroque altar from 1844 is well worth seeing.
With its beautiful avenues, rapeseed and grain fields, special sights and proximity to the Baltic Sea, you will find an ideal place in this travel region to relax on vacation and enjoy the wonderful sea air. Klütz is ideally centrally located and is an excellent starting point for exciting day trips, for example to the Klütz butterfly park, Bothmer Klütz Castle, the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen and the historic Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Lübeck.

Charging electric cars from the rented property is generally prohibited. In the event of violations, a contractual penalty of 150.00 euros is agreed and is due immediately (the attempt already counts). The electrical installation is not designed for charging electric cars. This could cause damage (fire) for which we would have to hold you liable.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
