The cosily furnished bungalow, located directly in the forest on the Militzsee, offers five people the opportunity to enjoy and explore the surrounding nature. The Militzhof district belongs to the idyllic small town of Crivitz. The bungalow is only separated from the lake by a farm track and a strip of forest (approx. 20 metres).

Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for outdoor use. A rowing boat can also be provided on request. Its use must be agreed with other holiday guests. Storage facilities for bicycles and motorbikes are available on the property. A parking space for your car is also available.

The 60 m² bungalow is equipped with a spacious dining area for up to six people, a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, an open-plan living room next to the dining area with a pull-out sofa (150 x 190 cm), armchairs and TV as well as a small kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. In the connecting room there is a large wardrobe and a folding sofa (140 x 190 cm), which offers space for one or two people to sleep, depending on their height. The adjoining bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm).

The surrounding area offers the opportunity to go hiking, cycling, motorcycling or simply to switch off. Shopping facilities, hospital, restaurant, banks, doctors, public transport (bus and train) and petrol stations are located in Crivitz. Culinary, artistic, sporting and animal attractions and a wonderful sandy beach in Zippendorf can be found about 20 kilometres away in the state capital Schwerin. The baroque Ludwigslust Palace, the indoor ski centre in Wittenburg, the Güstrow Nature and Environmental Park, the Rostock Strawberry and Adventure Farm and the Baltic Sea can all be reached in around an hour by car. A working farm with livestock is located in the rear row.

On request, a fishing licence for the Militzsee or a multi-lake ticket for the surrounding lakes can be issued by the landlady, provided a fishing licence is available. If required, you can apply for a temporary fishing licence online at the Crivitz office.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
