Built around 1860, this sailor's house has been extensively restored. The holiday apartment (one half of the house) is comfortably and practically furnished for families and seniors alike, featuring a fireplace for cold days, a terrace overlooking the garden (east-south facing), and an upper floor with views of the Bodden lagoon. Shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away, the Bodden lagoon (bathing area) is a 5-minute walk, and the Baltic Sea beach is a 10-minute drive (20-25 minutes by bike). Excellent conditions for hiking, cycling, swimming, horseback riding, and much more are available. A lockable bicycle shelter is located on the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
