A covered terrace leads to the bungalow, which you enter from the front, leading into the combined living and kitchen area, designed in the American style. The bright, conservatory-style kitchen features a stylish and functional fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and ample cookware, cutlery, and dishes. A dining table with four chairs invites you to enjoy meals together, and a small LED TV provides evening entertainment. From here, you can access the first bedroom, which has access to the bathroom, and the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have two single beds that can be arranged together or separately. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and a separate toilet. Here, it's not just the comfort that impresses, but also the truly magnificent location. Klein-Pritzer-See lake is only about 50 meters away. There you'll find a public bathing area with a jetty, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply relaxing by the water. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
