The approximately 60 m² holiday home extends over two floors and sleeps seven people. The upper floor features two bedrooms: the first is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and two single beds (90x200 cm), while the second has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a sofa bed. On the ground floor, the cozy living and dining area invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering. The modern bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A terrace with a seating area and barbecue facilities invites you to enjoy balmy summer evenings outdoors.
The sauna and whirlpool are available to all guests (for a fee) upon request. A cozy sun terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax. There's nothing to stop you from enjoying barbecues and social evenings outdoors. A swing is provided for younger guests to play on. The nearby Baltic Sea Cycle Path is ideal for cycling and in-line skating. Beautiful beaches and the Conventer See nature reserve are within easy reach. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
