On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Wismar, in a quiet position on top of a hill, traffic calmed area, 2.5 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), garden 9 m2 with wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system. Parking on the premises. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
