Built in 2017, this modern, high-quality, and lovingly furnished two-room vacation apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Whether you're relaxing on the sofa in front of the large panoramic window or on the loggia, you'll enjoy a stunning view of the harbor and the Hanseatic city's old town. Numerous cafes and restaurants are within easy walking or cycling distance to satisfy your culinary desires.

"Liev un Seel" is Low German for "body and soul"—and you'll find relaxation for both during your stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
