Your luxurious and exclusive holiday apartment in the Lotsenhus was completed in 2017, and we are pleased to offer it for rent for the first time.

The apartment has four rooms spread over 110 square meters and can accommodate up to six people. It features two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub, located on the upper floor. The living room is 26 square meters and connected to a semi-open kitchen of approximately 9 square meters. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers fantastic views of the harbor and Wismar's old town.

The apartment includes a storage room for bicycles, surfboards, or similar items. Paid parking is available nearby.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
