You are looking for a vacation apartment in Wismar.

I would be delighted to welcome you.

I am a well-equipped, cozy vacation apartment in the historic harbor (right on the water).

You can find more detailed information about the apartment's amenities and location on my private website.

Since you have chosen Wismar for a short break, you already know that it's a great place for active recreation as well as relaxing and unwinding.

While you're here, take a look at the churches, the large market square, the beautiful houses, and perhaps a museum. And if you still have energy in the evening, follow the night watchman, who can tell you much more about my hometown than I can.
... In the evening, I recommend visiting one of the many restaurants conveniently located just steps away from the harbor… or you can watch the harbor activity from my loggia while enjoying a meal you've prepared yourself or picked up directly from the fishing boat. And of course, a good glass of wine is a must.

I'm all set for you and I'm already looking forward to your visit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
