Dream vacation in Villa Seeblick, right on the water near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

The villa's upper floor features the Seestern apartment for up to 4 people, with a fireplace (75 m²) plus a wraparound roof terrace (90 m²). If needed and available, a wellness area with a second bathroom and a sofa bed can be added for €25 per day, bringing the total living space to 105 m².

With up to 105 m² of living space, you'll find everything you could wish for on vacation, including a fireplace, sauna (open from September 30th to March 31st), a magnificent roof terrace, and guided fishing trips for zander and pike on the Bodden lagoon and the Baltic Sea (for an additional fee).

A large living/dining room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a home entertainment system provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Located near the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, and Göhren, directly on the water in Streu on the island of Rügen.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
