The holiday apartment "Haus Wolgastsee" is located on Usedom, in the sunniest region of Germany, directly on the Achterwasser/Balmer See lake. Approximately 72 m² in size, it features a living/dining room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms each with an LED TV, and two bathrooms. Underfloor heating is provided in the bathrooms. The south-facing, sheltered balcony, bathed in sunshine from morning till evening, offers a beautiful view. The balcony is furnished with chairs, a table, and a parasol for four people. A mini-oven is available for baking, grilling, and toasting bread rolls. A storage room for bicycles is located in the entrance area. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Alternatively, bread and rolls can be ordered and purchased at the hotel reception.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
