Our holiday home "Seepferdchen" is located in the dreamlike setting of the sea, beach, dunes and forest. Just a few steps and you have a marvellous white sandy beach under your feet. The beach is gently sloping and therefore also ideal for children.

There you can go on long beach walks to Sellin, or in the other direction to Göhren. The Baltic seaside resort of Baabe is only a 10-minute walk away. There is a long beach road with many small shops and cafes that invite you to stroll and linger. The Ostseebad Baabe is a state-recognised health resort. A wide range of leisure and wellness facilities, such as massages and chalk packs, will help you forget the stresses of everyday life.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
