The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Comfortable 3-room house, 85 square metres of living space over 2 floors (non-smoking house), in a unique location directly behind the dune, in a natural pine forest. The fine, white Baltic Sea beach is less than 100 steps from the house. The maritime character of the house furnishings will immediately put you in a holiday mood and make you forget everyday life.

The beach at Baabe is pure holiday pleasure. Lie in the sun in fine weather, think of nothing and find a new rhythm. Jump into the refreshing Baltic Sea to cool off or get some exercise with a few beach games.

Not only the older guests, but also the younger ones should feel at home here. The sockets are fitted with child safety locks and the stairs can be secured with a stair gate. There are two comfortable loungers on the gallery for both older and younger guests.

Rügen is Germany's largest and most beautiful island. Its history is shrouded in legend and its strangely beautiful geography seems cut off from the world. On the Mönchgut peninsula in the south-east of Rügen, water and land intersect more intimately than anywhere else on the island. The village of Baabe lies at the "gateway" to the Mönchgut peninsula on both sides of the B 196 main road. Its location on an isthmus gives it an interesting alternation of "four faces" in a narrow landscape. A long walk along the Baltic Sea is not only very attractive, but also healthy. The sun, the wind and the vitalising salt content of the air work together to strengthen the body's defences.

After receipt of the final payment, you will receive the travel documents - these contain the additional costs still to be paid.
The additional costs must be transferred to the landlord before arrival. The deposit is used to settle the additional costs for electricity and water, the remaining amount will be transferred back to the specified account within 14 - 21 working days after departure. Note on visitor's tax in Ostseebad Baabe, since 2021 the day of arrival and departure counts as one day per person subject to visitor's tax (e.g. 7 days booking = 8 days visitor's tax per person).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
