There is also a music system, cable TV and a DVD player. The dining area is furnished with a modern table, 4 comfortable chairs and a sideboard. WLAN is available. The cosy seating area with glass table, uplighter and large sofa invites you to relax. The light-flooded bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe with folding doors, a bookshelf and 2 large windows with access to the two terraces. The bright and cosy bathroom has a round shower with glass doors, WC, washbasin, glass shelf and a side cabinet with plenty of space for your bathroom utensils. A hairdryer is also available. All windows have electric shutters.

The beautiful garden with two terraces, which promise sun from morning to evening, is equipped with 4 garden chairs, a spacious garden table, a parasol and 2 sun loungers.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
