The living area has a pull-out double sofa bed (only one half can be pulled out if required), a television, a radio and an extendable table in the dining area. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The bedroom has 2 box-spring beds (height-adjustable at the top and bottom), bedside cabinets with lamps and a large wardrobe with mirror. From the bedroom you can access one of the two balconies. Both are equipped with furniture. The bathroom has a shower, WC and a daylight window.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
