All rental prices for an occupancy of 2 persons

After receipt of the final payment you will receive the arrival documents - in these the additional costs still to be paid are deposited.
The additional costs must be transferred to the landlord before arrival. The deposit serves as a security deposit and will be transferred back to the specified account within 14 - 21 working days after departure. Note on visitor's tax in Ostseebad Baabe, since 2021 the day of arrival and departure counts as one day per person subject to visitor's tax (e.g. booking 7 days = 8 days visitor's tax per person).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
