The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a heather, two televisions, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a hot tub and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a tumble dryer, a freezer and a washing machine.

The holiday home Feenwald is approximately 200 meters from the fine, sandy, and therefore child-friendly Baltic Sea beach. It is located in the park at Baaber Düne, nestled against a small hill, and is lovingly and individually furnished.

On the ground floor, in addition to an open-plan kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a wood-burning stove, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with a sauna and whirlpool.

An open gallery on the first floor leads to a cozy sitting area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed.

The house includes a parking space directly adjacent to the house. An additional parking space can be booked upon request.

The house has gas central heating, which also provides hot water. Cable television in HD quality is offered via a large flat-screen TV.

The houses at Baaber Düne comprise a small complex of four semi-detached and two detached houses.

House Feenwald is one of the semi-detached units, set slightly to the side. Thanks to good insulation, you can't hear anything from the neighboring house; since the houses are staggered, the terraces are also positioned so that they are not visible from the outside. Feenwald is very quiet, surrounded by pine and oak trees.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
