The dining table seats four, while the comfortable living area offers a large sofa, reading corner, Bluetooth stereo and 46-inch flat-screen TV. Large windows and terrace doors provide plenty of natural light and lovely garden views. Underfloor heating and high-quality flooring ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed and a 32-inch Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is included. Triple-glazed windows, sound insulation, solid doors and external blinds ensure peace and restful sleep.

There are two bathrooms, one en suite, both featuring walk-in rain showers, heated towel rails and hairdryers. A utility room provides storage space. A private underground parking space (No. 3; entrance height 2.00 m) is available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
