This comfortable, two-room apartment (approx. 40 sq m) features a modern, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, espresso machine, etc.), a living area with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi, etc., a modern shower room, and a furnished south-facing balcony with a beach chair. It is located in the "Meeresblick" apartment building, directly on the dunes.

The bedroom has a double bed with a large corner wardrobe (sleeping area 200 x 180 cm). A crib is provided free of charge for small children.

Below the apartment is the building's own wellness area with an indoor swimming pool and saunas, free of charge for our guests.

The underground garage offers a private parking space for your car, and the elevator provides direct access to the apartment entrance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
