Just 100 m to the child-friendly natural beach between the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik (12 km away) and the Baltic Sea island of Poel (14 km away), ideal for families with small children, water sports enthusiasts, and anglers. Wide Baltic Sea sandy beaches, pier, and beach promenade in the Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik (12 km away) and Kühlungsborn (17 km away).

Recreational activities at the resort: The Hanseatic City of Wismar with its adventure pool (sauna world, wellness center, fitness center, sports park), zoo, cinema, old town with shopping area, and harbor with cozy fishermen's pubs and restaurants. Free parking is available at the house. It is also possible to pitch a tent on the lawn.

There is a lake/open water less than 20 meter. You can also relax, because near Salzhaff Finka in Am Salzhaff you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
