Location description : The beautiful holiday flat is located in the northeasternmost town in Germany - the fishing village of Altwarp. It takes a maximum of 5 minutes to reach the lagoon beach or the Altwarp lake. The nearby nature reserve with its rich flora and fauna is ideal for hiking and cycling. There are many amusement parks in the neighbourhood and something very special: the landlord is a local fisherman and if you feel like getting up early, he will be happy to take you fishing.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
