The house can be divided into two halves if needed – the "Morning Sun" half and the "Evening Sun" half. The "Morning Sun" half includes the apartment of the same name, the "Fisherman's Room," the gable room, and the double room "Lookout." The "Evening Sun" half includes the apartment of the same name and the apartments "Maräne" and "Fishing." Three double rooms with bathrooms – "Perch," "Zander," and "Lake View" – are also available. The house can accommodate up to 30 people in total. Both halves have dishwashers. The "Morning Sun" apartment is fully accessible. The "Fishing" apartment is wheelchair accessible. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
