Our holiday apartment was built in 2017 and is decorated in fresh, Scandinavian colors.

It is located on the first floor of the small house and features an open-plan living area with a modern kitchenette and a comfortable seating area (with TV, radio, and DVD player). The room is flooded with morning light from the two east-facing windows; another dormer window facing the lake offers a view of the Dreier See. The cozy bedroom with a double bed has a skylight and a large gable window overlooking the forest and meadows. A wardrobe is located in the hallway, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
