The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a terrace, a barbecue, a boules court, a sandbox and a bicycle parking. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker and a stovetop.

The apartment boasts two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a very spacious eat-in kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A real highlight is the garden, which guests are welcome to use. Just outside the entrance is a covered seating area with a barbecue, a small playground for children, and pets are welcome. After an eventful day, treat yourself to a delicious steak from the grill or enjoy the peace and quiet with a sundowner. Your wonderful hosts also offer the option of spending an evening at the smoker (for a fee). Your own bicycles can be safely stored in a shed.

Many great destinations can be explored in the surrounding area. Rerik, with its beautiful beaches, is just a short drive away and also easily accessible by bicycle, as are the Salzhaff lagoon, Boiensdorfer Werder, and Kühlungsborn. Visit the Hanseatic city of Wismar with its impressive harbor and brick Gothic architecture. Warnemünde and the Hanseatic city of Rostock are also nearby and make for excellent day trips. From there, you can take a day trip to Denmark with the Scandlines ferry company. Just a short drive away in Neubukow, you'll find a wide selection of shops, grocery stores, gas stations, and much more.

The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated Parking places 3 Bring towels. Bring all linen with you. Towels are to be brought along. Baby cot (also in addition to maximum occupancy) on request, included in the rental price. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
