Many indigenous types of birds have found a home at the Steinhuder Meer nature reserve and can be observed here. But it is the water itself that makes the experience complete, with paddling, swimming or rowing.

Our jetty provides access to the water 150 metres away and you can use our rowing boat. A grill and garden furniture await you in the garden. The outdoor area includes a roofed terrace, a grill area, a lawn, a kids’ pool, slide, trampoline.

The apartment was fully refurbished in 2013 and provided with high-quality furniture. It measures 50m². You can park a pram in the hallway on the raised ground floor. The living room is on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. A new LED TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player, a stereo system, free Wi-FU and a radio alarm are provided. The spacious bathroom has a barrier-free shower.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
