Dear guests, we rent a beautiful house in Winsen/Aller for 4 people with two bedrooms.
The house was newly renovated in spring 2019 and lovingly furnished on 91 square metres.
The spacious, bright living room with a couch and large dining area for 6 people, TV and a stereo system invites you to spend an evening watching TV. Right next door is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, egg cooker, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The first bedroom has a large bed with two single mattresses (90 x 200), spacious wardrobe, safe, alarm clock and TV. The small bedroom has two beds (90x200), a wardrobe and also a TV. The bathroom has a bathtub with a glass shower cubicle and a hairdryer. The third room is
a reading and play room with a sofa bed and a radio. Games and books are available for relaxing.
You can enjoy the sun on the small terrace.
A garden is available and offers plenty of space for playing and barbecuing. There is a seating area behind the house where you can enjoy a cosy evening. Parking is available directly in the courtyard. It is a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed.
Internet WLAN is free of charge. Our house is located approx. 600 metres from the village centre. Many sights such as the Museumshof
or the heath areas are easy to reach by bike and on foot,
You can also hire bicycles. Even numerous leisure parks are within easy reach by car.
Arrival should be from 3 pm and departure by 10 am.

or the heath areas are easily accessible by bike and on foot, you can also hire bikes. Even numerous leisure parks such as the Heide Park are within easy reach by car.

A cosy winter garden is lovingly furnished to spend pleasant hours.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
