The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. You will find our holiday home in the Lüneburg Heath in the village of Meißendorf directly at the Hüttenseepark in the nature reserve.
Nature lovers will find great hiking trails and cycle paths right on the doorstep.
Numerous great excursion destinations are only a few kilometres away, here you will find relaxation for young and old and your best friend the dog can also come along.
The next larger town is 7 km away, in Winsen / Aller, where you will find everything you need for everyday life. There are several shops, doctors and pharmacies.

In the holiday home you will find an open living and dining area with a TV and a fireplace for cosy evenings, our living room is equipped with a sofa bed. Two additional people can sleep here.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare great meals, a grill, a toaster, a coffee machine and other utensils are at your disposal.
The bedroom is furnished with a large bed and there is a large wardrobe in the adjoining room where you can store various items.
The bathroom is newly renovated and has a large walk-in shower.
There is a washing machine in a separate storage room.
Directly at the house, in the shelter, there is a charging station for electric bicycles. Roof boxes can also be parked here. The shelter can be locked.
Electric cars can also be conveniently charged here - the house has an 11kw wallbox

The outdoor area is over 623 square metres and is open, it has a 6 square metre terrace that is directly connected to the house and is partly covered.
Here you can spend nice evenings. Barbecues are of course also permitted.
The entrance area is also partly covered. So that you are not standing in the rain in bad weather.

Our house is equipped for electric vehicles and has an 11kw wallbox and a wallbox for bicycles or scooters for safe and convenient charging on site.
A baby cot can be provided on request.

Smoking is not permitted in the house. It is a smoke-free household.

You are in the holiday area, Meißendorferteiche, in the nature reserve where there are great walking paths, hiking trails and cycle paths.
The house is close to the Hüttenseepark campsite, which has a great bathing area. Which offers a sandy beach, a large playground, a snack bar, restaurant, fishing pond and pedal boating. All this is possible in the high season.
A kiosk is available at the campsite.
NABU Gut Sunder is just a few minutes away. Nature lovers can explore nature, there is also a café.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
