The rental property includes an approximately 150 m² apartment spread over two levels (90 m² on the ground floor, 60 m² on the upper floor) with underfloor heating, as well as a large garden with a sun terrace and jetty for private use. It has its own main entrance. (The Lotten country house consists of two separate living units. The second, smaller unit on the upper floor is a private apartment.)

The Lotten country house welcomes you with its spacious entrance hall. Adjoining this are the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all combined in one large, cleverly divided space. From the dining room, you can access our large, south-facing sun terrace.

The spacious upper level of our country house features a bedroom with a balcony, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and a dressing room with ample space and a safe.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
