The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a radio, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a bicycle and a garden and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath and a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven.

This wonderful accommodation is quietly yet centrally located in one of the most beautiful resorts in the Lüneburg Heath, very close to the old ducal town of Celle. The house is built on stilts and boasts unusual architecture – a wraparound terrace invites you to linger, and a barbecue is of course available for your use. The Aller River flows directly past the 6000m² communal natural property, allowing you to reach Celle by boat or canoe. No varnish or solvents were used in the construction of the building, making it suitable for allergy sufferers. The holiday home is not only spacious and comfortable, but also stylishly and modernly furnished. It is ideal as accommodation for a family vacation. If you have a dog, it doesn't have to stay at home; you are welcome to bring it along. The Aller-Leine cycle path is very close by, providing wonderful opportunities for excursions in the surrounding area. In the wildlife garden, you can undisturbedly observe a variety of bird species, including storks, in their natural habitat, as well as domestic and small animals such as sheep, chickens, etc. A breakfast egg is also included. Children are welcome. A sandpit is under construction, and a trailer for playing in the garden is available. From Winsen, you can easily take excursions to the Lüneburg Heath or quickly reach the many attractive amusement parks, such as Heidepark Soltau, Vogelpark Walsrode, Serengeti-Park Hodenhagen, Hannover Zoo, etc.

On the property, there is a chicken coop with an aviary, from which guests can collect their own breakfast eggs.

There is also a small flock of sheep on the property. The children will certainly enjoy the occasional baby lamb.

You have free access to the Aller River. There is one kayak (2-3 people) and one single-person and one double-person paddle boat available. Boat rental is available. €5/day - payable on site.
Each guest receives a surprise basket with honey and eggs from our own production, as well as admission tickets to the Müden/Örtze Wildlife Park.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
