The HT 5 houseboat is a stationary, floating house with a view of the river Maade. It is quietly situated on the water in the idyllic Rüstersiel, a district of Wilhelmshaven.

The terrace on board has garden furniture for 2-4 people. The smaller rear terrace has a seat for relaxing, fishing etc. The houseboat is moored on the owner’s private marina. The site is fenced and has free parking.

The houseboat measures around 25m² and comprises a lounge with a fireplace, a sofa suite with a dining table and seating for 3-4 people, a flatscreen TV and a radio. The kitchen unit is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, sink and coffee machine. There is a separated off bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a WC, washbasin and shower. You can find everything you need for a comfortable stay within a small space.

The water where you can fish is literally right on the doorstep. It is about 3km to the nearest sandy beach. The nearest restaurants and a bakery are just a few hundred metres away. It is about 1.5km to the nearest supermarket with a petrol station.

Pedalos, canoes and kayaks, as well as bicycles are available during the summer season.
The access to the houseboats is along an inclined path and a little jetty, and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
