Located on the beach promenade at the south beach in Wilhelmshaven, we offer our spacious holiday apartment on the second floor.

The 80 square meters of living space include a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area with two fold-down beds, a separate bedroom with a dressing area, a spacious hallway, and a roomy, ground-floor bathroom.

Floor-to-ceiling windows from both the living room and bedroom open onto a 20-square-meter balcony with unobstructed views across the Jade Bay to the south.

A private parking space is available in the underground garage, where you will also find our storage room, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a bicycle storage area.

Elevator access to the underground garage; barrier-free.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
