This detached holiday house is right by the Bernsteinsee holiday park in Wiefelstede-Conneforde and enjoys a fabulous location right by the water. It is just 10km to the North Sea coast. The single-family house was built in 2014 and therefore offers a modern ambience.

The gallery provides access to the adjoining balcony with seating and a view of Bernsteinsee. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast here amidst nature, close to the water and with a sensational view. The outdoor area has a lovely terrace with a garden, as well as a car port with an adjoining storage room. Pets are not allowed.

The 80m² house can accommodate up to six people. It has a cosy living and dining room with a comfortable suite, an armchair, a coffee table, a flatscreen TV with a CD/DVD player, a stereo system, a fireplace stove and a dining table for up to six people, with panoramic windows towards the lake. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (180cm wide) and a modern daylight bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. Open wooden stairs lead to the generous gallery with a sofa bed for two people, with an adjoining second bedroom furnished with two single beds (90cm wide) and a guest WC with a toilet and washbasin. All the rooms have heating, with partial underfloor heating. A washing machine and board games for all ages are available.

The accommodation is at the lake Bernsteinsee, between Ammerland and Jadebusen in Conneforde. The 12,000m² natural lake has a slide, diving tower and fun raft on a 55-metre-long tow rope from the shore to the lighthouse. Since 2010 there is a water trampoline with a diameter of 10 metres. There are sandy beaches with parasols and several large lawns. Bernsteinsee is also ideal for diving, surfing and also sailing, in the right wind conditions. Pedalos are available for hire. The water quality is checked officially every 14 days. An adjoining holiday park offers not only a kiosk, but also a range of recreational facilities: a large children’s playground, a climbing forest, beach ball, giant chess, Wendy house, an eight-hectare fishing lake, extensive cycling and walking paths etc., as well as a regular programme for children and adults. 1.5km away there is a little airfield where you can book scenic flights over the region, the Ammerland and Jadebusen.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
