Our modern holiday apartment is located on the second floor of the Poseidon building, directly on the upper beach promenade.

You can expect 40 square meters of pure vacation comfort with a renovated bathroom, a separate kitchen, and a combined living/bedroom.

The living/bedroom can accommodate two people on our new single fold-out beds.

The apartment is accessible by elevator. It stops halfway up each floor, so unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. However, the seven steps to the nearest elevator door are easily manageable.

Guest Wi-Fi is permanently installed. Internet access is free of charge.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
